The kit includes the necessary tools to make a permanent repair at home or a quick repair in the field.

Aquaseal FD Repair Kit Is Ideal For

• Repairing tears in waders, paddling jackets, dry tops, and dry suits
• Fixing waterproof gear made of neoprene, rubber, nylon, vinyl, or canvas.
• Making durable, in-the-field repairs.

• Aquaseal FD adhesive (0.25 oz)
• two large Tenacious Tape hex patches.

Repair Instructions

Step 1

• Clean the damaged area.

Remove dirt and debris from your gear, and make sure the surface is completely dry. A clean surface ensures the adhesive sticks properly.

Step 2

• Apply Aquaseal FD

Use the brush to apply a thin, even layer of adhesive over the tear, extending slightly beyond the edges.

Let the adhesive become tacky - this takes about 30 minutes.

Step 3

• Reinforce with Tenacious Tape.

Place a patch of Tenacious Tape over the repair while the adhesive is still tacky.

Smooth it down to remove any air bubbles.

Step 4

• Let it cure.

  Allow your gear to sit undisturbed for 8–12 hours (if possible).

  Once cured, the repair is flexible, strong, and waterproof.
