The Team at Your Outdoor Store know when shopping online it can be hard to get the correct size or fit, we are committed to providing the same customer service as we would offer you if you were shopping in our store in Cooma.

We are committed to customer satisfaction, so if you receive any item(s) that you are not happy with for any reason, just contact us by Email: sales@youroutdoorstore.com.au or Phone 02 6452 2729 within 14 days of placing your order online with us.

Any item(s) that are being returned due to "change of mind" or incorrect sizing MUST be in the same condition that you received them in with all tags attached and original packaging and we will happily exchange or refund the item(s) price (not including postage). Return postage of any item(s) will be at the customers’ expense. For returns on sale items we will exchange or give you a credit note that will last up to 3 years.
